Life Bliss meditation
The Nithya Dhyaan or Life Bliss Meditation (LBM) technique is a simple, natural procedure to connect to your vast inner reservoir of creativity, energy, intelligence and bliss on a daily basis. There is an ocean of bliss within each of us. Connecting to this reservoir of overflowing joy can help bring out immense creativity, energy, and intelligence within each of us. The degree to which we are able to draw from this inner space of life, we grow in health, happiness, and success in our outer life.

Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized-movement”, the poses are linked into a smooth dance-like flow through mindful awareness of the breath.
Danielle Pinson teaches a style of yoga which weaves the intricacies and details of the Iyengar technique with strands of meditative flowing movement, breath, and mantra. She considers yoga to be a “noticing practice” which makes use of the body to fully experience the present moment and to create comfort and ease in the body and mind. She completed the 200 hour Avalon Yoga training program under the mentorship of senior instructor Kelly McGonigal.
